  1. Know immediately when someone is talking about you and…
  2. Join in on the conversation whether the talk is positive or negative


In the past, you had to hire somebody to constantly search through publications and the internet to find mentions of your business. Now it’s as easy as setting up a Google Alert: Google will send you an email anytime someone mentions you anywhere on the internet. Pretty cool, huh?

Thank them for their review

Answer their questions

Address their concerns


Even if they have bad things to say about you, apologize, thank them for thoughts, and offer a solution for them. The worst thing you can do is ignore negative feedback.


If you address negative feedback, folks later on will see that you care about customers and fix their issues. People love to see an engaged company that addresses concerns.
